The Customer Service department based at our beautiful Flagship Store on Old Bond Street, Central London has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Assistant Manager to join the team.

    Responsibilities

    This position is responsible for the management of day-to-day operations within the Customer Services department, including overall progress of all customer owned merchandise service orders in order to meet the established timeframes.  The Assistant Manager also creates effective schedules that ensure adequate coverage, maintains attendance tracking, reviews departmental logs for completion and accuracy, provides support and direction to all staff members, and assists with implementation and monitoring of the new processes and projects.

    Qualifications

    To be successful with this position you will meet these key criteria:

     

    • High school diploma or equivalency
    • English language usage and grammatical skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Flexible availability including weekends and evenings  

     

    Preferred Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements:

     

    • Undergraduate college degree preferred
    • Knowledge of shipping/tracking systems
    • Experience in a administrative business environment
    • Knowledge in POS, MIPS, and/or AS400
