  • Overview

    Tiffany & Co. is seeking part-time Temporary Warehouse Assistants to provide support to the Tiffany London Distribution Centre starting from the 5th November until the end of December 2018.

     

    The shifts would be 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday, from either:

    • 6am to 12pm (noon)
    • 1pm to 7pm

    The Temporary Warehouse Assistants are responsible for ensuring all customer orders are delivered accurately and on time. When processing customer orders, you will review packing requirements and verifying and check quality of merchandise and be able to present the merchandise into the blue box and tie the Tiffany white silk ribbon beautifully and consistently.

     

    The ideal candidate is organized, focused and driven by achieving daily targets as well as being able to work in a fast paced repetitive environment. This is a fixed-term temporary contract that will end approximately at the end of December 2018.

    Responsibilities

    The Temporary Warehouse Assistants are responsible for ensuring all eCommerce orders are delivered accurately and on time, as well as processing customer orders, reviewing packing requirements and verifying merchandise whilst ensuring all required items are included. 

     

    The ideal candidate is extremely organized, focused and driven by striving towards achieving daily efficiency targets.

     

    This role, which is pivotal to the smooth running of Tiffany operation, is also responsible for the physically packing of an order including flannel, tissue, blue box, bowing and brown boxing and maintaining integrity and accuracy of the order consistent with Tiffany & Co. policies and procedures.

    Qualifications

    Key Criteria:

    • Ideally experience working in a warehouse environment;
    • Strong attention to detail;
    • Ability to remain motivated and produce high standards of work whilst completing repetitive tasks;
    • Strong computer skills with an intermediate level for Microsoft Office products;
    • Ability to work in a team environment;
    • Excellent communication skills;
    • Reliable and dependable – will need to be available to work  Monday – Friday.
