    Be a part of a new and electrifying shopping landmark as a Manager at our London Flagship location based on Old Bond Street. Represent our Tiffany brand and share your expert product knowledge with our customers. You will effectively develop sales professionals in achieving their personal sales goals as well as the store sales goals, with a focus on client development.


    The Fine Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring that the store achieves or exceeds the sales plan and profitability targets. The Fine Sales Manager will effectively lead, develop and support the team of Fine Jewelry Sales Professionals in meeting and/or exceeding their individual sales plans with a strong focus on the execution of activities on client development and providing a high level of customer service. The Fine Sales Manager will also develop action plans. Work in partnership with other departments on the development plans to promote new product launches and existing products.


    • Prior sales management experience in retail and/or luxury retail or relevant customer related experience (i.e., hospitality).
    • Proven track record in sales generation and managing the achievement of sales result. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook and Point of Sales (POS) system.
    • The ability to inspire trust, integrity, fairness and professionalism both with clients and staff members.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills. Proven ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
    • Fine jewelry sales experience, or a GIA / GIC certification is preferred.
    • A university degree and Gemmologist qualification is preferred.
