    We are seeking service-driven individuals that can deliver an uncompromisingly luxurious experience and will maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment during the busy Christmas period.  This is a full-time position, working 5 days per week over Monday to Saturday from October until approximately the end of December 2018.

    Responsibilities

    The Tiffany & Co. Sales & Services Professional (Call Centre Representative) holds the position of acting as a brand ambassador whilst coordinating customer orders and service requests over telephone and via email. Attention to detail and providing consistent and accurate responses is a critical aspect of this role.  We require candidates who have experience in a customer services or a contact centre environment and are comfortable learning computer systems and working independently.  Be part of providing a seamless and memorable client experience over this busy period. 

    Qualifications

    Successful Sales & Service Professionals must be able to commit to working from mid-October until 31 December 2018 and will be required to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

    Please note that available positions require a fluent second language skills; German, French, Italian or Spanish is preferred.

    Required Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements:

     

    • Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs (i.e., on the sales floor, operations, etc.).
    • Previous sales & service experience in a retail or contact centre environment.
    • Familiarity with website technology, website navigation and terminology associated with eCommerce.
    • Flexibility with work schedule; weekends as required.
    • Must have authorisation to work in the UK.
    • Fluent written and spoken English and an additional language skill (German, French, Italian or Spanish).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • University degree.
    • Prior use of Customer Relationship Management systems.
    • Luxury sales & service experience.
