  • Overview

    The EMEA Procurement Manager will be responsible for leading the efforts to launch Source to Pay functionality within the region, which includes defining Global Procurement processes, implementing Source to Pay technologies, and leading global procurement transformation initiatives.

     

    In addition, the Procurement Manager will develop and implement an EMEA procurement strategy for indirect goods and services that is focused on driving category savings and continuous improvement: developing and executing strategies for all indirect spend categories utilizing a disciplined sourcing process to evaluate supplier capabilities, award business, implement contractual agreements and measure contractual compliance.

     

    This is a newly created position, which will be based in our EMEA Finance offices in Central London.

     

     

     

     

    Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities include:

    • Source to Pay Implementation:
      • Act as EMEA Project Manager for Source to Pay implementation initiatives;
      • Drive project delivery and quality;
      • Review issues and project action items;
      • Manage issue resolution process, project risks, and scope;
      • Drive design decisions;
      • Co-own project scope and deliverables with implementation partners;
      • Manage solution testing; manage cut-over activities.
    • Process Improvement:
      • Work with internal and external business partners to define Tiffany's global procurement processes;
      • Identify, prioritize, and drive business decisions across stakeholder teams;
      • Identify process localization needs;
      • Set strategies for defining and rolling out supplier management and enablement strategies.
    • Change Management:
      • Work with Organizational Change Management to develop and implement Procurement change strategies;
      • Act as key agent of change for Source-to-Pay initiatives within the region;
      • Identify and implement Procurement Governance and Organizational changes;
      • Identify future-state users within the region to align with new processes;
      • Identify training needs and provide support in developing training materials
    • Lead the planning and executiuon of EMEA strategic sourcing initiatives for indirect spend categories using a multi-step sourcing process.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop category specification requirements and scope of work that is consistent with business needs and procurement strategy.
    • Utilize analytical expertise to deliver measurable multi-year cost savings and cost avoidance.
    • Incorporate best in class supply chain practices into all strategic sourcing work streams.
    • Develop and administer contractual agreements in collaboration with stakeholders and the legal department.
    • Develop partnership agreements that clearly document all Statement of Work and supplier/contractor performance criteria.
    • Continuously evaluate the supply market.
    • Identify opportunities for new technology and product offerings.
    • Manage contractual pricing by closely monitoring business conditions, commodity pricing, currency movement and leading economic indicators.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or Supply Management; Masters Degree or MBA is preferred
    • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of Procurement and Sourcing experience within the EMEA region
    • Experience leading all stages of systems implementations, especially Source to Pay packages such as Coupa or Ariba
    • Experience managing EMEA suppliers and EMEA regional supply chains
    • Excellent math and analytical skills
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
    • Strong management experience
    • Abilty to interact with all levels of Management
    • Proficient in Microsoft applications
    • Fluent in English and French and/ or German
