    We are looking for an Assitant Creative Visual Merchandising (CVM) Manager to become part of a vibrant team based in London, developing a strong brand expression as one of the world’s most important luxury retailers.


    This position requires an exceptional eye for detail overseeing creative installations across the UK and Ireland; enhancing the commercial in-store experience and the maintenance of Tiffany & Co brand standards across the region. Partnering with Retail, Marketing and PR this position requires agility and flexibility to manage multiple projects at any one time.


    Excellent communication skills will ensure all the regional visual needs are relayed back to the global CVM team and all CVM objectives and standards are maintained at a market level.



    Manage all creative installations, including show windows and vitrines, in store flowers, market press or PR events as part of the brand expression and travelling exhibitions.

    Ensure the highest standards of visual presentation are being adhered to at all times, ensuring a best in class store environment.

    Partner with Marketing Director, Retail Store Management and CVM Director escalating any local issues regarding visual presentation and overall store environment, to find successful solutions to problems on a case by case basis.

    Partnering with local, regional and global Marketing, PR and Retail teams on instore and off site events. Overseeing the creative direction ensuring all events are aligned with the global brand strategy.


    Oversee case line presentation of merchandise as set out by the CVM/Merchandising departments.

    Ensure all styling guidelines are executed and maintained to the highest standards in partnership with the retail teams. Includes evaluating merchandise adjacencies and participating in re-merchandising efforts.

    Propose new methods and processes while improving existing standards to increase efficiency and overall CVM standards.

    Ensure floor plans and planograms are current and up to date.

    Asset Management:

    Oversee the logistics and handling of CVM materials from vendors. To include planning and tracking movement of collateral, maintaining records and ensuring invoicing and contact details are current and up to date.

    Take ownership of resolving shipment problems and finding the best and most efficient solutions to problems.

    Receive, evaluate and document appropriate photos and comments regarding installations and events to the corporate CVM team as required and that they are submitted in a timely manner.

    Ensure all invoices are in line with budget and have the necessary approvals.


    Communicate on a regular basis with Marketing Director, CVM Director and Retail Store Management regarding store initiatives, display standards, creative installations and general store environment.

    Participate in Monthly UK Marketing team meetings to ensure alignment across all initiatives and assess priorities

    Participate in meetings and conference call as required on behalf of CVM.

    Provide regular reports on CVM activity across the region.

    Follow clear process for all store level requests : requests submitted by Area Managers/ Retail Director for approval by Marketing Director & CVM Director before implementation

    Training and Service Excellence:

    Lead training on brand standards to the retail teams.

    Develop a schedule to monitor and evaluate case line standards and to assist as needed with renovations, exhibits and remerchandising projects.



    Upwards of 5 years experience in visual merchandising, styling or related areas – preferably luxury retail.

    Knowledge of local vendor sources for display supplies, hardware, props, furniture and flowers.

    Experience with basic construction tools and painting.

    Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

    Ambitious, flexible and enthusiastic.

    Able to work with a variety of people, and present ideas and information to groups.

    Computer skills required: email/Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word and Photoshop.

    Available and flexible to travel extensively within market.

    Flexible in working evenings, and weekends on occasion.



    Comfortable in and appreciative of a luxury retail environment.

    Basic understanding of creative lighting.
