The Cluster Controller will have full responsibility for all accounting and compliance for the UK , Ireland and the UAE. They will manage a small team of one or two accountants. They will be responsible for timely completion of all internal and external reporting requirements and maintain robust and efficient controls to satisfy Tiffany Internal Audit and external regulatory requirements.
The role will partner closely with the Cluster Management group, the EMEA Shared Service Transaction team, and the Global Finance function based in Parsippany, NJ, USA.

This position requires an exceptional eye for detail overseeing creative installations across the UK and Ireland; enhancing the commercial in-store experience and the maintenance of Tiffany & Co brand standards across the region. Partnering with Retail, Marketing and PR this position requires agility and flexibility to manage multiple projects at any one time.
Excellent communication skills will ensure all the regional visual needs are relayed back to the global CVM team and all CVM objectives and standards are maintained at a market level.
